Our parents {and Magnum} were excited to see us, and Arizona welcomed us back with a nice sunset.

Another Summer in SLO, Part 27 {Pit Stop in Palm Springs}
We took two days to get out to California on the way out and realized that was a pretty smart plan. So we decided to do the same thing on the way out, stopping in Palm Springs. Miracle of miracles, we left town before noon and barely hit any traffic in the LA area, so we were able to get to our hotel by 5:30 or so. Our hotel had a nice pool, and it was a nice break for the girls.

Poppy and I know you all had a great time with lots of great experiences and new memories made, BUT we sure were glad to see you drive up on La Costa.
