My mom and I took the girls to Knott's Berry Farm on St. Patrick's Day. We had a blast going around Camp Snoopy (the girls love the Peanuts) and it was a beautiful day for them to ride some rides!

Spring Break Fun
We had lots of fun in Newport Beach. Our condo was in the most perfect location and the girls had so much fun in the green space and at the beach! We loved exploring the little town and being able to walk to most places was amazing! We had dinner one night at Mama D's restaurant and the food and the service was incredible. I highly recommend that place and will definitely be back! Liv drew a picture for the restaurant and it is now gracing the walls right by where we sat! She was so proud. One afternoon, we took the ferry to Balboa Island and explored there...I think I found my retirement spot!

On a Mission to the Mission {San Juan Capistrano}
The day after Disneyland, we headed down to check out San Juan Capistrano...it was HIGH on my brother's to-do list! He loves the missions in California. It was a gorgeous day with some gorgeous sights to see!
Despite the fact that my brother loves to eat out, we walked down to the Fun Zone and picked up a couple of pizzas for dinner. We had a perfect place to eat in! And, bonus, Liv lost her tooth after dinner! She was getting a hug from Nana and the next thing she knew, her tooth was out! Easiest one thus far!

Disneyland With Our Besties
We were so lucky to be able to meet up with Sarah, Kendall, and Katelyn on the Monday of our spring break at Disnelyland! Special thanks to Sarah for bringing her girls down to spend the day with us, and a big thank you to Uncle Rhino for being such a trooper and being our extra set of hands, our fast pass gatherer, and all around good sport! As you can see from the pictures, we had a fabulous day!
My girls had NO idea that we would be meeting Kendall and Katelyn while we were there. And, Kendall and Katelyn had no idea that they were going to Disneyland -- much less meeting our girls there! It was so sweet because a few days before we left, Olivia asked me, "Hey Mommy, do you think we can see Kendall when we go out to California?" It was so hard telling her that I didn't think we would while Sarah and I were plotting behind our kids backs!
It was so great to see the girls just pick up where they left off once they saw each other! Just love these four girls together! Such sweet friends! I'm so grateful that we have all kept in touch, and that we were able to spend a fast and furious day together at one of our most favorite places!
* This was the before shot of her riding Big Thunder Railroad... the after wasn't pretty! *
